Alexander Kerschbaumer was recently promoted to Team Lead, Workplace Portal. With the goal "to make our customers' daily work easier and their work more efficient with our products" the team aims to reduce technical debt and develop products to offer users efficient and innovative solutions. His management style is to focus on cohesion, transparency, honesty, helpfulness and trust.

Kristian Eder was also recently promoted to Team Lead, Production; a team that has been carved out of an already existing team in order to better service and focus on the future requirements within the Production area. The father of two knows that only by living up to his values he will be able to motivate his team.
