We kicked off once again the new year with our internal event ICS KickOff!

This year’s Kickoff 2023 was themed „Hitchhiker‘s Guide to the Retail Galaxy“!

Our SPAR ICS team showed us a guide on finding the right journey and exploring new paths. We travelled to different planets to be overwhelmed and inspired for future creations. Around 280 online guests and around 100 more live on site followed the numerous visits on planets and different journeys. ICS Kickoff took place on the 25^th to 26^th of January at the ICS headquarter in Salzburg – in two exciting days, highlights of the past year as well as expectations and challenges of the new year were presented.

Numerous ICS employees from Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary were there: they actively participated in the virtual chat or WhatsApp, helped with the organisation before and during the event, actively shaped the programme and took part in the various workshops - and thus gained new impulses, motivation and inspiration for the year 2023!
