SPAR ICS offers its employees field experience days at Hervis, SPAR and the Service Desk. All employees have the opportunity to see, close-up, the ins and outs of how our business partners work.
Aleksandar Pinter and Albert Höfler (SPAR ICS) worked for a day in the bakery at Kottingbrunn, and experienced the world of "technical innovation meets bakery tradition". The bakery with a production area of 5,000 m2 is the largest INTERSPAR in-house bakery in Austria. Our IT employees were kept busy on the production line by baking rolls, donuts, traditional Austrian monastery bread as well as many other products. The highlights included filling donuts with chocolate or jam, as well as the automated production of bread, baguettes and rolls.
Field days allow our IT colleagues to get to know their business partners better and helps develop mutual understanding and trust. It helps our IT colleagues provide even better solutions and services, and helps us all gain advantage in our daily business.
