The omnichannel service has been expanded to include personal video consulting. In advice-intensive sports worlds such as "bike" or "ski", this is a real asset for both customers and the Hervis team. We implemented appointment booking and video consulting with Microsoft Bookings in record time together with Hervis. Customers book their desired date via an online calendar, select their contact person and are then contacted online or by phone via the desired channel. The Hervis team was equipped with smartphones so that they can respond to inquiries from any location.
