People Stage: Soft Skills & Company Engagement

At SPAR ICS, we’ve launched People Stage, our bi-monthly corporate newsletter designed to enhance “company to people” and “people to company” interactions. It connects teams across Austria, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia, bridging distances and sharing cultural traditions, vacancies, and experiences. We combine business management cases with personal information about our team, including hobbies, interests, and career journeys. A significant part of People Stage is devoted to Open ICS, our initiative promoting diversity and multinational expertise.

Why is it important to contribute to the company’s newsletter?

Here are five key benefits:

1.     Enhancing Writing Skills: Digital communication requires proficiency in writing articles, columns, and interviews. ICS colleagues gain public experience and insight into how digital media operates.

2.     Building Professional Networks: By contributing to People Stage, ICS team can expand their professional networks with colleagues across different countries and departments.

3.     Developing Cultural Awareness: Sharing about diverse cultural traditions and experiences enhances cultural awareness in our multinational team.

4.     Showcasing Personal Achievements: People Stage provides a platform to highlight personal and professional milestones, allowing colleagues to be recognized for their achievements.

5.     Learning and Growth Opportunities: Through various articles, ICS team can discover new learning opportunities and stay updated on company initiatives.

More than a newsletter

It's a platform for personal growth, recognition, and building a strong ICS community. On behalf of the 10th edition, more than 40 colleagues from different countries and departments were awarded as honorable byline speakers and received their certificates of appreciation. We aim to demonstrate our commitment and prove that internal publicity is an integral part of personal leadership and proficiency.
