Software Developer Education
With the "Professional Programmer" training, six SPAR ICS employees had the chance to deep dive into software development. The University of Applied Sciences Salzburg faculty Information Technology and System Management (ITS) organized this program for external partners.
When work becomes a hobby
Our ICS colleagues started the program in October 2019, and will graduate from the program as “Professional Programmers” at the end of June 2020. The program timetable included one afternoon classroom attendance per week and covered subjects such as software engineering, algorithms and data structures or operating systems. Now, after two semesters, two exams and countless homework exercises, our colleagues are feeling confident in their ability to program in programming language C and the overall big improvement in their technical understanding of daily business.
