Bringing people together - SPAR ICS recruits employees via the "Jobs for Ukraine" platform

Our greatest asset in doing so are our motivated and qualified employees. SPAR ICS assembles top specialists with different skills, backgrounds, culture, and mindset to enhance IT retail in Austria.
Creating a comfortable team environment and leveraging a broader context of expertise is one of our top priorities. One of our latest examples of bringing together experience and striving for international knowledge is our new colleague Olena Obukhivska.

We first got in touch with Olena via the digital platform “Jobs for Ukraine” https://www.jobs-for-ukraine.at/. This platform was founded by the Austrian CIO Summit to support people from Ukraine who had to leave their country. The social initiative helps them to find a new job in Austria. Companies can post vacancies and monitor job offers by applicants. At SPAR ICS, she is already the second person who has joined us via the platform. Olena has also helped the initiators to raise the awareness of “Jobs for Ukraine” among Ukrainian communities.
Olena is happy to be part of the SPAR ICS team and to have her professional interests reflected in the People Engagement team's projects, such as international talent management or internal and external communication. “It is a great pleasure for me to share my experience and to embody my ideas to the current and future programs”, said Olena Obukhivska.
