At the ICS Welcome Days, in addition to onboarding, we provide all new employees with relevant information about the organisation, our structures and working techniques and tools for their daily work.

The Head of IT also gives a brief overview of the ICS vision, mission and strategy, discusses the current annual priorities and goals, and offers everyone the opportunity to get answers to open questions in a face-to-face exchange.

Basic courses in IT architecture, IT operations (ITIL/ ITSM), IT security, projects and agile working methods will complete the overview of your job at ICS.

All our employees are also invited to the SPAR Welcome Day, where you get a full overview of the business areas of the SPAR Group.
