Strategic orientation

In order to achieve our goals in the area of equal opportunities, we have an OPEN ICS officer who is responsible for strategy and concrete implementation. This role is crucial for the continuous review and further development of all measures.

Women@ICS

A particular focus is on supporting women. Among other things, we work with the organisation LEA, which specialises in supporting women in the world of work. We also organise internal projects, events and training courses to specifically promote women and offer them development opportunities.

Internal mentoring programmes

Job sharing option

To give employees more flexibility, we offer the option of job sharing. This model allows two employees to share a position on a part-time basis.
