Sandra Gašpar
started her career at SPAR ICS Croatia five years ago as an IT project manager. Today she is an Information Security Officer and part of the international Digital Security Team – through her new position she can contribute in sharing her experience on an international level and give her expertise to international projects. “We can join forces in solving problems and develop a better understanding of different ways of working!”

Her new position allows her not only to take on local tasks, but also to carry out international activities and participate in international projects. The diversity of an international ICS is a challenging task, but at the same time it pushes her forward and also motivates her because of the great team spirit. Sandra is one of the leading women in ICS – “as a woman in technology, you should always speak your mind and stay focused because you can do and achieve anything you want!”
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IS ABOUT SHARING EXPERIENCES
Right at the beginning of her career at ICS, one of her personal highlights even then was the international cooperation: “It was a great experience that I in my first project I soon had to work both on an international and local level!” Over the years she learned that in an international collaboration the most relevant skill is to be able to listen and have an understanding of other circumstances and cultural differences. “You have to let yourself be challenged in order to grow, be innovative and creative”. Working at ICS has really changed her career and field of expertise – the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies is essential for Sandra.
