Tamás Arató "My personal motivation is to create value. "

As a member of the international networking team at ICS, he has learned what matters in international collaboration: "Understanding and accepting our different habits and workstyles are always key to a successful team effort. This is especially true when working internationally because of the differences of the various cultures forming ICS".

Constant exchange and communication between each other are essential for international cooperation. Good communication is key to knowing all aspects of international cooperation. At the same time, it is particularly important to understand the differences between cultures, to be able to adapt and to be willing to learn from colleagues.

For the Hungarian, the multinational and multicultural background of SPAR ICS should not be taken for granted. Even things that seem obvious from a specific point of view must be seen from the perspective of each country, each parties involved.
