We are excited to announce a new collaboration between SPAR ICS and LEA – Let’s Empower Austria. LEA is an Austrian fund dedicated to empowering and promoting women and girls, aiming to break traditional gender roles and unlock potential. With the opening of the LEA location in Salzburg, we introduced our LEA role models.
Common goals
We are committed to ensuring that all employees are given fair opportunities. To achieve this goal, we have launched the OPEN ICS initiative, which aims to create a supportive working environment. Among other things, we focus on learning & development (expert talks, training courses such as Unconscious Bias), support in different phases of life (promoting compatibility through job sharing, part-time opportunities for people in training/parents/etc.) and events (Women in Tech, parental leave breakfast, international dessert buffet). Our collaboration with LEA – Let’s Empower Austria, exemplifies our commitment to these values and principles.

Two of our female employees will also become active for LEA - as LEA ROLE MODELS. Sahar Flatz and Evelyn Aichinger will play a crucial role in inspiring and encouraging other women to pursue a career in IT. They share their experiences and successes and help build a network of support and empowerment. Every young talent we inspire today can shape and enrich the technological landscape of tomorrow. This collaboration reinforces our shared mission to empower women and promote IT market.
