This year, we are once again starting with a vision!

The SPAR ICS Kickoff 2025 once again brought together over 250 colleagues from all locations on January 21 and 22 to exchange ideas, set new impulses, and lay the foundation for a successful year. Two days filled with exciting presentations, inspiring keynotes, and valuable insights demonstrated how technology and innovation are shaping the future of retail.

Strategy, Innovation & Teamspirit

Managing Director Andreas Kranabitl kicked off the event with a clear vision for 2025, while SPAR Board Member Markus Kaser emphasized the crucial role of IT as a driver of innovation for SPAR Austria.

We also had the privilege of gaining valuable insights from external experts such as Dr. Maximilian Lude and Markus Frantz (CDTO, Zumtobel Group), who shared inspiring perspectives on digital transformation and forward-thinking business strategies. Additionally, many of our colleagues presented impressive projects that are creating real value for SPAR and its customers.

Collaboration & a feeling of togetherness

In addition to the content highlights, personal exchange was at the center of the event. The relaxed atmosphere at the evening gathering with a DJ and great food provided the perfect opportunity to network and strengthen team spirit.

The SPAR ICS Kickoff 2025 once again proved that innovation comes through collaboration – and we are ready to take on the year ahead with full energy!
