Business Architect
Our business architects are experts in business development. They ensure that they and their departments are always up to date with the latest knowledge and technology in the industry. Service Owner
Our Service Owners are responsible for all our service processes from the beginning to the end (or, more precisely, end to end), ensure compliance with our service level agreements and develop our services concerning quality and efficiency. They are quality guarantors and satisfaction managers for us as well as our business partners.
Product Lead
Our Product Leads are the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) champions for one or more IT products. They monitor quality, availability, security and costs as well as conformity with our service level objectives and the service infrastructure. They also continuously optimise product lifecycle management.
