In close collaboration with the responsible Service Owner and with the help of a team of Support Engineers and operational experts, our Service Delivery Managers organise and control all operational aspects and the processes of our business and infrastructure services.
Our Support Engineers know all of our products and applications by heart, watch over the smooth operation and offer in close collaboration with the management level, 2nd level support.
Our IT Operators monitor all services and the infrastructure , resolve or escalate incidents. They are responsible for the maintenance and grant (or deny) access to colleagues as well as external partners.
As a high-frequency interface between colleagues, business partners and suppliers, our Service & Support Agents are the first point of contact for questions or problems. They provide 1st level support, recognise critical tickets, activate escalation routines and monitor service level agreements.
